One of our key goals is to build a space that people of every walk of life can enjoy but especially cyclists! We want an environment that our current & past customers can be as excited as us when they walk in the door and bring in friends & family just to say "isn't this cool!" 

To do this we will open in a convenient, accessible and beautiful location in Mill Valley, one which we are very familiar with and have a significant passion for - more news on this soon

We want our mechanics & their expertise to be a significant reason people chose us to be their local bike shop! Mechanical perfection on your bike is a challenging task but we will make it easy

First, we need to find the right people. Even though Ben, founder & owner is a spectacular mechanic he cant do it all on his own - we will pride ourselves on paying all of our staff a livable wage - which is incredibly difficult in Marin but we will try

We want nothing but the best customer service at PANO - everyone says that they provide the best customer service but we want our saying it to be fact instead of relative fiction or outright fiction

Any dissatisfaction with our customer service, products or repair services will be handled swiftly, amicably and fairly - whether that be in the form of refund & return, just making it right or going above and beyond the next time - our policy is to do the right thing!

We intend to only carry the best brands in every category with a great variety of road, gravel, mountain, ebikes (of every kind) and of course the best accessories, parts and componentry

We will carry only products we believe in and/or ride ourselves - catered to the riders & riding we have here in Marin

We would love to utilize out fleet of demo/rental bikes doing free group rides on the regular - especially for underprivileged/at risk youth and other non-profits promoting kids on bikes. Besides that we would also love to organize and facilitate group rides out of our future location and be very active with all community events local and otherwise  

PANO will not be a non profit but we will provide company financials to any and all reasonable & legal requests. The keynote/main items of our P&L we be posted on a future webpage on our website - transparency is one of our top priorities

We look forward to being very active in local issues in all phases - there is a significant need for more advocacy for bikes in Marin and we look forward to being apart of this issue
